Here's the name of each mod, as well as what each one does. These mods are only active during Vault of Glass runs, but provide the player with powerful enhancements to their Guardian that will make finishing the raid's encounter easier. On top of all the weapons listed above, there are also 11 Vault of Glass-specific mods that players can earn while completing the raid.
